Phil’s experience as a commercials Director spans performance, visual effects, humour and storytelling. He has filmed across the whole of the UK and Ireland as well as many locations across the globe, including New York, Monaco, Cape Town, Vancouver, Chicago and Boston.
Norma Crothers
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Norma is the organiser extraordinaire at Pivotal and can often be heard exclaiming that herding cats would be easier! She is methodical and results focused with a clear view on achieving the desired solution.
Tom Callander
AERIAL PILOT / GROUND CAMERA
Tom is an extremely talented film maker and drone pilot who has gained a huge amount of experience working for industry leaders such as HBO, Netflix, Channel 4 and the BBC. In addition, he holds CAA and IAA certification.
Howard J Smith
‘A’CAMERA / STEADICAM / TECHNICAL SYSTEM INNOVATOR
Howard has over 30 years industry experience having worked on films such as The Matrix Reloaded & Harry Potter and with acclaimed Director Stanley Kubrick. He is a hugely talented Director of Photography and Steadicam Operator with a knack for spotting a great shot and knowing how to light it.
